To be approved for summer housing you must meet the following requirements:
Weekly Pricing
$350 per week* for a single occupancy room in a 5-person suite.
Includes parking, gym access, Wi-Fi and laundry.
*Weeks cannot be prorated
Contract and Payment Schedule
A signed contract and non-refundable $50 summer housing fee is required to hold your room reservation. If your company/organization is sponsoring the cost of your summer housing, the Conference & Events team will work directly with the company representative on payment. Full payment will be due at least two weeks prior to arrival.
Cancellation
Cancellations more than 14 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund minus the $50 fee. Any cancellations fewer than 14 days out will be non-refundable.
Important Information

Please be aware that in the summer months campus dining options are limited and/or operate on reduced hours.

All summer housing assignments will have a communal kitchen where guests will need to provide their own cooking utensils and food.

Guests are expected to bring their own bedding, linen and toiletries.

Guests are required to clean their own living areas; cleaning services are not offered.

Non-registered guests are not permitted in the residence halls overnight.

Parking and a gym membership are complimenary (registration required).
