Shannon brings over 20 years of event management experience, including her roles with Yale’s Conferences & Events and Omni Hotels. Shannon’s focus is on developing new policies and procedures to optimize the use of our event spaces year-round, including during the summer months. As a member of MPI, Shannon enjoys networking with industry professionals and continuing to learn the latest in event trends. In her spare time, Shannon enjoys spending time with her two teenage sons.

Conferences & Events Manager

Pamela brings over 10 years of event management experience, including roles at the Yale School of Management Executive Education and the University of Mount Saint Vincent. Throughout her career, she has successfully managed complex programs and events from planning through execution, supporting C-suite executives, senior leaders, faculty, and global organizations while delivering exceptional client and participant experiences. Pamela's focus is on creating seamless event experiences, developing efficient processes, and building strong partnerships that enhance the overall client experience. In her spare time, Pamela enjoys exploring new restaurants, spontaneous adventures, and spending time with her son and loved ones.
